Process for Closing Title within the Plaza Tower Condominiums Association, Inc.
This applies to resales of units. Not sales from the developer.
All title companies should plan for 30-40 day closings for resales in the Plaza Tower Condominium Association, Inc for the followings process to occur. This is to be in compliance with section 18.1, of the Declaration of Condominium which states that the board of the association has 20 days to exercise it's right of first refusal on a resale of a unit. All title companies should review this information. All title companies should review the language in this section and be sure to submit to the association the $100 transfer fee via certified mail to the following address with a copy of the contract.

After the Board Issues its' Right of First Refusal Certificate. The title company should contact the management company for the estoppel certificate, include a copy of the right of first refusal certificate via their web portal at www.tpam.biz/estop.
