Entire Clubhouse Rental (includes: main clubhouse area, Theater, Basketball Court, Conference Room, and Billiards Room)
Reservations in the clubhouse do not include use of the Pool/Swimming Facility.
Main Clubhouse: M-F 5pm-10pm Sat. & Sun 7am-10pm
Billiards Room: Monday-Sunday 7am-10pm
Conference Room: Monday-Sunday 7am-10pm
Basketball Court: Monday-Sunday 7am-10pm
Theater: Monday-Sunday 7am-10pm
The Facility may not be used past 10:00pm without prior written approval from the CAM and is not available to be reserved on any federally recognized holidays. Please allow appropriate time for setup before the event and cleanup after your event. Any un-authorized event running past 10pm will incur a $150.00 penalty.
